La oferta turística contempla los atractivos creados y los naturales, una serie de servicios turísticos de hospedaje, alimentos y bebidas, recreación, transportación, comunicación, agencias de viajes, bancarios, guías de turistas y otros ofertados al turista. En la investigación se realiza una valoración de la oferta turística del Destino Manzanillo, México, que abarca los diferentes atractivos del destino, las actividades que se realizan, la percepción de los habitantes sobre la importancia que tiene el turismo para el desarrollo del destino, los atractivos, participación de los locatarios en actividades que aporten al producto turístico local y la valoración los turistas sobre estancia promedio, principales segmentos, servicio de hospedaje, principales atributos del destino y la playa. Se destaca el diseño de herramientas investigativas que permiten obtener información sobre la oferta turística de un destino Manzanillo es un destino que necesita incrementar su porcentaje ocupacional y para ello es necesario el mejoramiento de su oferta turística integrada.
