El objetivo de la investigación fue: establecer la naturaleza del COVID-19, describir la naturaleza de las ciencias jurídicas, relacionando ambas variables y estas con las políticas públicas respecto al COVID-19 en México, la metodología utilizada fue multimodal, resultando en violación a derechos fundamentales, concluyendo que es en la ejecución de las medidas extraordinarias donde se cometen esas vulneraciones, por falta de insumos y preparación.
The objective of the research was: to establish the nature of COVID-19, to describe the nature of the legal sciences, relating both variables and these to public policies regarding COVID-19 in Mexico, the methodology used was multimodal, resulting on fundamental rights violation, concluding that it is in the execution of extraordinary measures that these violations are commited, due to lack of supplies and preparation.
