  Según el Tribunal Supremo, existe un límite legal máximo de diez años para las esperas contenido de un convenio concursal. Realmente ese el máximo legal de espera contenido de un convenio concursal al que puede quedar vinculado un acreedor concursal no subordinado sin su consentimiento.

  According to the Supreme Court, there is a maximum legal limit of ten years for the deferrals contained in a bankruptcy agreement. Actually, that is the maximum legal deferral content of a bankruptcy agreement to which a bankruptcy unsubordinated creditor can be bound without their consent.
