Resumen de O interesse público em juízo: um tema revisitado

  The present article aims to analyse the main aspects of procedural law in the situations that the State, the Public Power and the public estate are parts in a dispute that will be decided by the judiciary or even when the material law concerning to the conflict envolves, mainly, themes of public law. Without the objective of proposing a systematization of procedural rules concerning to the subject, the present study has the purpose of exposing, in general terms, the essence of public interest and its defense in court.

  O presente artigo visa analisar as peculiaridades do direito processual quando o Estado, o Poder Público ou a Fazenda Pública figuram como partes na lide a ser enfrentada pelo Poder Judiciário ou mesmo quando o direito material objeto do conflito envolve, precipuamente, temas de Direito Público. Sem a pretensão de propor uma sistematização das normas processuais atinentes ao tema, o estudo tem por objetivo expor, em linhas gerais, o conteúdo do interesse público e a defesa desse interesse em juízo.
