Este artículo trata de corredores turísticos gastronómicos y tiene como objetivo presentar la Mariscolandia, el corredor turístico gastronômico del barrio Varjota, ubicado en la capital del estado de Ceará, en la costa nordeste del Brasil. Se trata de un estudio exploratorio sobre la base de revisión de la literatura. Entre los resultados se puede mencionar que el Corredores Gastronômico de Varjota fue estabelecido por Ley Municipal n.0377/09, para ordenar la actividad turística y gastronómica en la territorialidad específica existente en Fortaleza, entre ellos un corredor que fortaleció los sectores del turismo y la gastronomía, há reorganizado establecimientos y se convirtió en una referencia para otros corredores sin embargo, no legitimado por la ley.
This article deals with gastronomic tourist corridor, and aims to present the Mariscolândia, the gastronomic tourist corridor in the Varjota district, located in the capital of state of Ceará, on the coast of Brazilian northeast. This is an exploratory study based on literature review. Among the survey findings may be mentioned that the gastronomic corridor of Varjota was established by Municipal Law. 0377/09, to order the tourist and gastronomic activity in specific existing territoriality of Fortaleza, among them a corridor that strengthened the sectors of tourism and gastronomy, reorganized establishments and became a reference for other runners have not legitimized by law.
O artigo trata sobre corredores turísticos e tem como objetivo apresentar a Mariscolândia, o corredor turístico gastronômico do bairro Varjota, localizado na capital do estado do Ceará, no litoral do nordeste brasileiro. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório com base na revisão bibliográfica. Dentre os achado da pesquisa pode-se citar que, o corredor gastronômico da Varjota foi instituído pela Lei Municipal nº. 0377/09, para ordenar a atividade turística e gastronômica existentes em territorialidades especificas da capital cearense, dentre elas um corredor que fortaleceu os setores do turismo e da gastronomia, reorganizou estabelecimentos e se tornou referência para outros corredores ainda não legitimados por Lei.
