O artigo apresenta criticamente os principais elementos da nova hermenêutica constitucional, relacionando-a um processo mais abrangente de transformação da teoria do Direito a partir da reviravolta linguístico-pragmática no campo filosófico. Analisa os impactos dos novos parâmetros hermenêuticos ao princípio da segurança jurídica.
