500 años de experiencia europea en normas urbanas fue desembarcada por los españoles, conjuntamente, con la religión y el idioma, a las nuevas tierras descubiertas de américa latina en el siglo XVI, y es por ello, que la misión colonizadora significó su materialización física y de la que surgió la urbanización de nuevas naciones. Dicho poblamiento, producto del derecho urbano dictado desde la metrópoli gaditana, fue el titulo jurídico para el establecimiento del ámbito de las Provincias y Gobernaciones, y constituyó el acto más importante de ese histórico proceso
500 years of European experience in urban norms was landed by the Spaniards, together with religion and languague, to the neew discovered lands of Latin America in the sixteenth ventury, and that is why the colonizing mision meant its physical materialization and from which the urbanization of new nations emerged. This population, the product of urban law dicteted from the Cadiz metropolis, was the legal title for the establishment of the area of provinces and governorates and constituted the most important act of this historic process
