    Este trabajo identifica las relaciones de cuidado de niños, en especial, la medida de protección que les separa de su familia; concluyendo que el cuidado que surge de ella no está siempre asociado a la representación legal, lo que dificulta la aplicación de leyes que exigen la notificación y/o concurrencia de tales representantes o la defensa de intereses del niño.

    This paper identifies children care relationships, especially the order that separates them from their family;

    concluding that the care that arises from that order is not always associated with legal representation, which makes it difficult to apply laws that require the notification and or concurrence of such representatives or the defense of the child's interests.
