Resumen de Denegación sistemática al derecho a la diversidad cultural lingüística aymara en Perú

  Seguimos asistiendo a la mercantilización del conocimiento que se traduce en la exclusión y denegación sistemática de los pueblos ancestrales en el mundo. El objetivo es visualizar la denegación sistemática del derecho a la diversidad cultural y lingüística aymara en el país. La metodología utilizada es de tipo de revisión de hechos más emblemáticos ocurridos en la historia republicana afrontada por el pueblo aymara. Los resultados se abordarán en tres partes: el primer lugar, las demandas emprendidas por los diversos pueblos, como el derecho a la educación y a la tierra y el poder. En segundo lugar, la lucha por la defensa de la biodiversidad, los cuales fueron recibidos como respuesta persecución desde el sistema de justicia estatal. En tercer lugar, la denegación sistemática en los diferentes espacios y niveles de poder, como los partidos políticos, el propio Estado, el gobierno, etc., en el marco de principio, respeto reconocimiento de los derechos lingüísticos y culturales. En suma, los aymaras, como los otros pueblos del Perú profundo siguen siendo negados sistemáticamente, por cuanto es uno de los problemas que afronta el Perú.

  We continue to witness the commodification of knowledge that results in the systematic exclusion and denial of ancestral peoples in the world. The objective is to visualize the systematic denial of the right to Aymara cultural and linguistic diversity in the country. The methodology used is a type of review of the most emblematic events that occurred in the republican history faced by the Aymara people. The results will be addressed in three parts: the first is the demands made by the various peoples, such as the right to education and to land and power. Second, the fight for the defense of biodiversity, which were received in response to persecution from the state justice system. Third, the systematic denial in the different spaces and levelsof power, such as political parties, the State itself, the government, etc., within the framework of principle, respect for the recognition of linguistic and cultural rights. In sum, the Aymara, like the other peoples of deep Peru, continue to be systematically denied, because it is one of the problems that Peru faces.
