    A lo largo del presente artículo vamos a analizar cuál es la respuesta del TEDH a la atribución de responsabilidad a los medios digitales por el uso de enlaces a otras páginas web cuyo contenido es finalmente considerado como lesivo de la reputación por los tribunales nacionales.

    In this paper, the response of the ECHR to the attribution of responsibility to the online press for the use of links to other web pages whose content is finally considered as damaging to reputation by national courts is analyzed.
