    Este articulo discute algunos aspectos de la psicología aristotélica e intenta mostrar algunos puntos de acuerdo y desacuerdo entre la teoría aristotélica del alma y algunos debates contemporáneos de la mente. Muestro brevemente cómo algunos estudiosos de Aristóteles han leído su psicología partiendo de algunos supuestos de la filosofía de la mente contemporánea. Después de tratar muy resumidamente algunos aspectos importantes del modelo psicológico de Aristóteles, indico por qué algunas de sus ideas y puntos de vista todavía pueden tomarse en serio, y por qué (siguiendo los rótulos habitualmente empleados en la filosofía de la mente contemporánea) dicha psicología puede ser leída desde perspectivas diferentes.

    This paper discusses some aspects of Aristotle’s psychology and tries to show some points of agreement and disagreement between the Aristotelian theory of the soul and some contemporary debates of the mind. I briefly show how some Aristotelian scholars have read Aristotle’s psychology starting from some assumption belonging to the contemporary philosophy of mind. After very briefly dealing with some important aspects of Aristotle’s psychological model, I point out why some of his ideas and standpoints can still be taken seriously, and why (following the labels usually employed in the contemporary philosophy of mind) such psychology can be read from different perspectives.
