El Estado neoliberal promueve específicos procedimientos económicos que beneficia la aparición del consumidor como entidad capaz de dinamizar el mercado.
De esta figura se augura prosperidad material y equilibrio social. Mas, en realidad desvincula la política como posibilidad humanizante. Por tal, se favorece la democracia como espacio que requiere y vincula la expresión de la justicia y equidad como haberes insustituibles de la condición humana emancipada. Se trata de una investigación hermenéutica de carácter diacrónico, según el enfoque racionalista deductivo.
The neoliberal state promotes specific economic procedures that benefit the emergence of the consumer as an entity capable of energizing the market. This figure portends material prosperity and social balance. But, in reality, it dissociates politics as a humanizing possibility. For this reason, democracy is favored as a space that requires and links the expression of justice and equity as irreplaceable assets of the emancipated human condition. It is a hermeneutical investigation of a diachronic nature, according to the deductive rationalist approach.
