    La necesidad de crear un marco de confianza y seguridad en relación a la ejecución de resoluciones judiciales ha supuesto la creación de instrumentos específicos de cooperación que se han articulado, principalmente, en torno a dos: los Reglamentos 1215/12 y 805/04. En el presente artículo analizaremos los aspectos más relevantes de estos dos Reglamentos.

    The need to create a framework of trust and security in relation to the enforcement of judicial resolutions has led to the creation of specific instruments of cooperation that have been articulated, mainly, around two: Regulations 1215/12 and 805/04. In this article we will analyze the most relevant aspects of these two Regulations.
