El artículo sostiene que la actual crisis de las instituciones - en Argentina y en América Latina- implica una profunda crisis de sentido. Se afirma también que esta crisis institucional y de sentido. es propia de la Modernidad tardía, pero dada en contextos como los nuestros, en donde el proceso de Modernidad no sólo fue inconcluso (como diría Habermas), sino también heterogéneo. Por último, se concluye que la violencia generalizada que padecemos, y que afecta seriamente los procesos educativos, es una externalización de esta crisis institucional y de sentido.
The article states that the present institutional crisis –in Argentina and in Latin America- implies a deep crisis of consciousness. It also postulates that this institutional and consciousness crisis is common to a late Modernism, but set in a context like ours where the Modernist process was not only incomplete (as Habermas said), but also heterogeneous. Lastly, it concludes that the generalised violence we are immersed in and which seriously affects educational processes is an external demonstration of this institutional and consciousness crisis.
In diesem Artikel wird behauptet, dass die gegenwärtige Krise der Institutionen – in Argentinien und in Lateinamerika – eine tiefe Sinnkrise impliziert. Diese institutionelle Krise und Sinnkrise werden zwar als für die Spätmoderne typische Phänomene verstanden, aber in Kontexten wie den unseren ist die Moderne nicht nur unabgeschlossen (wie Habermas sagt) sondern auch heterogen. Die allgemeine Gewalttätigkeit, an der wir leiden und die auch die Erziehungsprozesse ernstlich in Mitleidenschaft zieht, wird abschliessend als eine Externalisierung dieser Krise der Institutionen und dieser Sinnkrise dargestellt.
