La presencia de las Unidades de Apoyo es imprescindible en los Centros Especiales de Empleo, como recursos que facilitan la inclusión laboral, de los trabajadores con discapacidad. Las entrevistas realizadas en este estudio a sus profesionales y beneficiarios, valoran su existencia muy positivamente. Sin embargo, también se hace imprescindible una revisión y mejora de la normativa actual.
The presence of the Support Units is essential in the Special Employment Centers, as resources that facilitate labor inclusion for workers with disabilities. The interviews carried out in this study with professionals and beneficiaries in these centers value their existence very positively. However, a review and improvement of current regulations is also essential.
