Este trabajo toca temas relacionados con la revisión judicial de las reformas constitucionales en México. En él se expresan algunas inquietudes sobre los límites al intérprete judicial de la Constitución y diversas propuestas en materia de impartición de justicia federal realizadas con base en las dificultades que enfrenta el justiciable ante la existencia de un sistema jurídico no del todo idóneo para la preservación del Estado Constitucional de Derecho. De igual modo, señalamos algunas inconsistencias generadas en materia jurisprudencial por falta de actualización acorde a la jurisdicción constitucional: nos referimos a aquella que gira entorno a la preservación, por un lado, del orden jurídico nacional e internacional que nos vincula y, por otro, de la dignidad humana.
This article involves issues related to the judicial review of the constitutional reform in Mexico. Also, we refer certain uneasiness on the limits of the judicial interpreter of the Constitution and diverse proposals in the theme of the administration of federal justice, based on the difficulties that confronts the petitioners before an unsuitable law system that preserves the constitutional state of law. Nevertheless, we indicate some inconsistencies of the constitutional jurisprudence that have been generated by the lack of update work about the constitutional jurisdiction: we refer, on one hand, to those related to the preservation of the national and international law order that constrain us, and on the other hand, the human dignity.
