En marzo tendrán lugar las elecciones departamentales y municipales de Bolivia. Unas elecciones en las que el partido del presidente Evo Morales, Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS), podría dar un paso más hacia una amplia hegemonía si se repiten los resultados de las últimas elecciones generales, en las que el MAS fue el partido más votado en la región de Santa Cruz, tradicionalmente opositora a Evo Morales. Así, estas elecciones se presentan como la lucha entre un partido muy fuerte y consolidado, el MAS, y unos partidos en la oposición que parecen cada vez más débiles. Los resultados en el departamento de Santa Cruz y en las ciudades de La Paz y Cochabamba serán claves.
In March it will take place the regional and municipal elections of Bolivia. A election in which the party of President Evo Morales, Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS), can take a step to a wide hegemony if the results of the last general elections, when the MAS won in the region of Santa Cruz, traditionally opposite to Evo Morales, are repeated.
