El artículo busca acercarse a la reflexión que se ha realizado sobre el ser humano, desde algunos autores representativos en las disciplinas económica y administrativa. Se presenta una mirada diacrónica y se deja abierta la reflexión frente a la concepción por lo humano, en perspectiva económica y organizacional. El fenómeno permite develar la presencia de un humanismo cambiante desde la reflexión histórica, caracterizada por el contexto particular y las contingencias del momento, que ha generado apertura y posibilidades de cuestionar los discursos y prácticas a lo largo del tiempo, sin considerar un contexto regional específico. En el tema de lo humano, desde la economía y la administración se ha dado una problemática de sentido y jerarquización de sus imperativos; aquella donde parece llevar ventaja significativa el individualismo en consideración a los desarrollos sociales colectivos.
The article seeks to approach the reflection that in consideration of the economic and administrative disciplines has been made about the human being from some representative authors in these fields of knowledge. The paper presents a diachronic view and tries to leave open the reflection about the conception of the human in economic and organizational perspective. The phenomenon allows us to reveal the presence of a changing humanism from historical reflection, characterized by the particular context and contingencies of the moment, which has generated opening and possibilities of questioning discourses and practices historically, not counting on a specific regional context. In the subject of the human, from the economy and the administration has given a problematic of sense and hierarchy of its imperatives, that where it seems to take meaningful advantage individualism in consideration of collective social developments.
