The aim of this study was to verify the presence of cooperative structures between the equity of Brazilian companies for granting public services on highways. The methodology was empirical-analytic, the study was characterized as exploratory and descriptive research regarding the goals, procedures and documentation regarding the quantitative to the addressing the problem. The technique was used for network analysis, we compared the three main features from the standpoint of small worlds and the degree of centrality of 48 dealerships and 77 shareholders. The results indicate that networks are formed with cooperative structures like small worlds, this might represent the shareholders in the building sector to the detriment of participating in isolation. This consideration is consistent with the finding of the centrality of trend degree of stockholders, which agglutinate yours investments in concessionaires forming a controlling group of companies
