Este trabajo se divide en dos partes claramente diferenciadas: en la primera de ellas abordamos el tema del surgimiento de nuevos derechos como consecuencia de los cambios producidos en las últimas décadas en el campo de la biomedicina, examinando si tales derechos pueden ser considerados como nuevos derechos humanos; y, en la segunda, a nuestro modo de ver especialmente interesante, ofrecemos una tabla comparativa de los principales derechos de los distintos sujetos que pueden formar parte de las relaciones clínicas (pacientes, médicos y otros usuarios y profesionales del ámbito sanitario).
This work is divided into two clearly differentiated parts: in the first one we address the issue of the emergence of new rights as a result of the changes produced in recent decades in the field of biomedicine, examining whether such rights can be considered as new human rights; and in the second one, from our point of view especially interesting, we offer a comparative chart of the main rights of the different individuals that can be part of the clinical relationships (patients, doctors and other users and professionals in the health field).
