In this judgment, the Court of Justice of the European Union addresses the nature, scope and content of the certificate in Article 53 of Regulation 1215/2012, in relation to Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Directive 93/13/EEC, in those cases in which the decision to be certified has been taken in disregard of the competition rules on consumer matters contained in Section 4, Chapter II of Regulation 1215/2012 itself
