    The article presents a brief analysis of the main concepts from an objective element of the statutory definition of the crime as stratum of the Crime Theory, and at the same time that suggests ─as ideas to take in to account─ proper elements of the electoral dynamics that the criminal legal operator must value in this type of delinquency
