El presente artículo tiene como finalidad analizar la configuración legal del novedoso derecho a la seguridad digital reconocido en la recién promulgada Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los derechos digitales. En concreto, se examina el contenido y la función social de este derecho y se delimita el interés jurídico protegido a través de su configuración constitucional y desarrollo normativo
The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal configuration of the newest right to digital security recognized in the recently enacted Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of digital rights. In particular, the content and social function of this right is examined and the protected legal interest is delimited through its constitutional configuration and development.
