En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis del papel de las tareas en un Proceso enseñanza aprendizaje desarrollador (PEA); se resumen los conceptos y definiciones asumidos en la investigación con relación a la tarea en el (PEA), las características de las tareas de aprendizajes y las exigencias para ser considerado un sistema. Asimismo se estudia la formación y desarrollo de habilidades profesionales particularmente, habilidades que impactan en los derechos humanos en la función policial. In the present work an analysis of the role of the tasks in a Teaching Learning Development Process (PEA) is carried out; we summarize the concepts and definitions assumed in the research in relation to the task in the (PEA), the characteristics of the learning tasks and the requirements to be considered a system. Also studied is the training and development of professional skills, particularly skills that impact on human rights in the police function. Finally, the Human Rights, the fundamental concepts associated to the mentioned rights, their Principles and characteristics are approached
