    En 2016 se ha sancionado, en Argentina, una ley de acceso a la información pública. Ello coadyuva a facilitar el acceso a información necesaria para la participación y, en general, al fortalecimiento de la forma republicana de gobierno. Pero se han debatido los fundamentos constitucionales o infra-constitucionales de ese derecho. El presente apunta a repasar esos fundamentos, puntualizando los aspectos en que la citada ley los recepta.

    In 2016, in Argentina, a law to access public information has been passed. This enactment contributes to accessing the information that is necessary to participate and, in general, to the strengthening of the republican form of government. But the constitutional or infra-constitutional grounds of that right have been discussed. This paper aims at reviewing those grounds, identifying the aspects in which that law receives them.
