La dinámica tecnológica ha permitido ampliar las capacidades humanas, modernizar yoptimizar los servicios de salud, resultado del perfeccionamiento en los patrones de lapráctica médica, así como de las organizaciones que tienen a su cargo esta prestación.Para argumentar la transformación de los servicios de salud mediante el dominio de latecnología, siguiendo la técnica de la observación documental, se examinan diferentesplanteamientos teóricos sobre las complejidades de la salud, la tecnología y la gestión dedichos servicios. Del análisis derivan las siguientes conclusiones: la tecnologíaproporciona mejores recursos diagnósticos, terapéuticos, además de organizacionales alos servicios de salud, otorgándoles mayor rendimiento con más capacidad resolutiva, altiempo que demanda capital humano capacitado e inversión suficiente. De manera que elsector salud encuentra en la tecnología una herramienta de transformación, cuyo dominioes condición fundamental para optimizar su productividad y competitividad. Para lo cual serequiere la acción en conjunto de políticas públicas de salud, ciencia, tecnología einnovación, así como áreas relacionadas que procedan con disposición gerencial, calidadde servicio, además de voluntad del Estado y esfuerzo de la sociedad.
Technological dynamics has allowed to extend the human capacities, to modernize and to optimize the benefit of the services of health, result of the improvement in the landlords of the medical practice and generally, of the organizations who have to their position this benefit. To argue the transformation of the health services through the mastery of technology, following the technique of the documentary observation are examined different theoretical approaches on the complexities of the health, technology, and management of these services. From the analysis the following conclusions stem: the technology provides better diagnostic, therapeutic resources, besides organizational to the services of health, granting major performance to them with more decisive capacity, at the time that it demands cardinal qualified human being and sufficient investment. So that, the sector health finds in the technology a tool of transformation, which domain is a fundamental condition to optimize his productivity and competitiveness. Which, the action on set of public policies of health, science, technology and innovation, as well as related areas that come with disposal management, quality of service, in addition to will of the State and society effort required.
