El presente artículo centra su reflexión en los desafíos de la investigación científico jurídica latinoamericana y otorga recomendaciones para apoyar al estudiante de pregrado y posgrado de los distintos programas académicos a lo largo y ancho de esta región para la elaboración de un trabajo de investigación de corte científico jurídico coherente y pertinente a la realidad social contemporánea, ya que se ha constatado la problemática de que generalmente el estudiante de pregrado y posgrado no cuenta con elementos básicos de cómo llevar a cabo un trabajo de gran magnitud, profundidad, impacto, coherencia y pertinencia.
The present article scientist centres his reflection on the challenges of the juridical investigation Latin-American and grants recommendations to support the student of pregrado and posgrado of the different academic programs lengthways and width of this region for the production of a work of investigation of scientific juridical coherent and pertinent cut to the social contemporary reality, since there has been stated the problematics of which generally the student of pregrado and posgrado does not possess basic elements of how carrying out a work of great magnitude, depth, impact, coherence and relevancy
