El presente artículo constituye un acercamiento a la responsabilidad social corporativa y su imbricación con la prevención de los riesgos laborales. Tema que ha sido poco tratado en las ciencias jurídicas teniendo mayor discusión en los ámbitos económicos y empresariales. En Cuba resulta casual y poco conocido entre los que se dedican a la investigación jurídica, no así entre los operadores que asesoran empresas, a quienes la Institución en debate les toca más de cerca, justo por las funciones que desarrollan. Es precisamente a través de esta presentación que se vinculará el trabajo de dos pilares que tienen relación directa en el asesoramiento a las personas jurídicas. De lo que se tiene y a lo que se aspira es el objetivo de esta investigación, teniendo como contexto el Derecho Laboral cubano.
This article constitutes an approach to corporate social responsibility and its overlap with the prevention of occupational risks. Subject that has been little treated in the legal sciences having greater discussion in the economic and business fields. In Cuba, it is casual and little known among those who dedicate themselves to legal research, but not among the operators that advise companies, to whom the Institution in discussion touches them more closely, just because of the functions they carry out. It is precisely through this presentation that the work of two pillars that have a direct relationship in the advice to legal entities will be linked.
