Il saggio ricostruisce la categoria del rapporto giuridiconon patrimoniale, individuando le affinità con quello di carattere obbligatorio. La struttura del rapporto non patrimoniale, specialmente di quelli di tipo familiare, consente di inserirlo entro un “quadro contrattuale” con importanti ricadute anche in termini di qualificazione della responsabilità endofamiliare.
