Nuestra investigación se encuentra dirigida hacia la comprobación de cómo se está desarrollando la Orden Europea de Investigación (OEI) para observar las implicaciones que tiene en los países miembros de la UE. Esto es realizado para averiguar cómo puede ser la cooperación a través del uso de la OEI en la investigación de delitos de trata de personas para, así, plantear una armonización real de legislaciones y de los instrumentos y técnicas a aplicar que permitan conocer de dichos delitos y facilitarla cooperación policial y judicial en la investigación, descubrimiento y enjuiciamiento de organizaciones criminales, pudiendo llegar hasta los cabecillas y no sólo la base del crimen organizado
Our research is directed towards the verification of how the European Research Order (EOI) is being developed to observe the implications it has in the member countries of the EU. This is made with the aim of finding how international cooperation could be because of the EOI on the investigation of crimes like human trafficking in order to propose a real harmonization of legislations and the instruments and techniques applicated to know about these crimes and facilitate police and judicial cooperation for the investigation, the discovery and the prosecution of criminal organizations, discovering the leaders and not only remain at the base of the organized crime
