    Este trabajo persigue mostrar que la proporcionalidad empleada por el Tribunal Constitucional Federal alemán, a partir de las sentencias divulgadas por los autores, no recepciona los supuestos ni la modalidad operativa, propuesta por Robert Alexy, promovida por buena parte de sus seguidores en Chile, respecto de la aplicación del referido estándar de adjudicación constitucional.

    This paper aims to exhibit that the proportionality employed by the German Federal Constitutional Court does, from the judgements most commonly known, not receive the assumptions nor the modality proposed by Robert Alexy, supported by many of its followers in Chile, regarding the application of the mentioned standard of constitutional adjudication.
