El presente trabajo tiene como fin exponer el concepto y la forma en que opera el outsourcing, tema de reciente inclusión en el proyecto de reforma a la ley federal del trabajo y que ha causado mucha polémica respecto a ¿Si dentro de sus políticas y modus operandi se violan derechos laborales consagrados en la carta magna y su ley reglamentaria?, para ello se hará un análisis de sus generalidades posteriormente se aterrizará a la realidad nacional y su regulación.
The present work aims to explain the concept and the way in which it operates outsourcing, subject of recent inclusion in the draft reform of the federal Labour Law and which has caused much controversy with regard to if within their policies and modus operandi are violated labour rights enshrined in the Magna Carta and its regulatory act?, this will be an analysis of their generalities later to the national reality and its regulation
