    El presente trabajo realiza un análisis de la decisión judicial, entendida como el acto que resuelve un proceso y/o procedimiento ante instancias jurisdiccionales en el ámbito internacional. Su objetivo principal es discutir sobre la eficacia que tiene el fallo que proviene de la Corte Interamericana de derechos humanos refiriéndose a su carácter vinculante y sus efectos directos e indirectos para los Estados que forman parte del sistema interamericano de protección de los derechos humanos. Se pretende discernir sobre el nivel de cumplimiento que tienen las decisiones internacionales en el derecho interno y su efecto irradiador para la protección de los derechos humanos.

    This project analyzes the judicial decision, being understood as the act in which a process and/or procedure is resolved before jurisdictional bodies in the international scope. Its objective is to discuss the efficiency that the ruling of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has when referring to its interrelating nature and to its direct and indirect effects for the States participating of the Inter-American System of Human Rights. It is also attempted to decipher the compliance level that international decisions have in domestic law and its radiating effect for the human rights protection.
