    The text analyzes the decision by which the Grand Chamberof theEuropean Court of Human Rightshas condemned Italy for the violation of Articles 1, Prot. n. 1 Add., 6, § 2, and 7 C.E.D.U.In detail, the sentence deals with the problem of the relationship between confiscation exart. 44, co. 2, d.P.R. n. 380 of 2001,and the sentence of acquittal because the offence has lapsed due to the statute of limitations.
