Cuba hace esfuerzos por desarrollar las organizaciones estatales. Esta investigación surge con el interés de definir los enfoques teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan las investigaciones cubanas relativas a la comunicación organizacional. Como resultado, se expresan las principales dificultades en los enfoques utilizados y algunas consideraciones sobre la gestión de la comunicación en las organizaciones.
Cuba makes efforts in developing the state organizations. This investigation arises with the interest of defining methodological and theoretical focuses that sustain the statement that there few Cuban research in organizational communication. Consequently, the main difficulties are expressed and some considerations for the management of communication in organizations are presented.
