La presente Investigación está enfocada al análisis del bullying, o acoso escolar, en el estado de Puebla. El acoso escolar ha tenido una creciente notoriedad pública en los últimos días, sobre todo en el constante incremento en su nivel de agresividad y violencia. No respeta sexo ni clase social. Por ello, se ha formado una conciencia de intolerancia hacia este fenómeno: ya no se considera normal ni propio de los menores de edad. La finalidad principal de este trabajo es proponer incluir este fenómeno social en los derechos de convivencia que se encuentran en el Código Civil para el Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla.
The present research is focused on the analysis and study of the problem called bullying or harassment within the school in the State of Puebla. It has taken a growing public notoriety in recent times, especially due to the frequent upsurge in the level of violence associated with bullying aggressiveness, neither respecting genders nor even social classes, as a consequence society no longer tolerates this phenomenon and does not consider normal or typical of minors. The main purpose of this work is to propose that this social phenomenon be regulated by the so-called Law of Coexistence found in the Civil Code for the Free and Sovereign State of Puebla.
