El presente artículo aborda la complejidad de la regulación territorial en la República Argentina. Con tres niveles estatales, signados por la orientación federal y autónoma, suelen generarse complicaciones de difícil solución y variada interpretación.
Para eso se aborda la capacidad institucional de los tres niveles estatales y sus peculiaridades en el nivel constitucional, para luego adentrarse en los tres gobiernos locales con mayor densidad y diferentes modalidades reguladoras, detallando cada una de ellas, lográndose un texto explicativo pero que a su vez indica algunos desafíos de tal situación.
The present article refers to the complexity of the territorial regulation in the Argentinian Republic. The three state levels, marked by federal and autonomous orienttion, usally generate complications and different interpretacions.
For that, the institucional cpacity of the three state levels and their peculiarities at the constitutional level are discurss. the author will introduce the tree local governments and the different regulatory modalities, detailling each one of them inorder to obtain an explanatory yext, which will indicate some challengers
