Este artículo sintetiza e interpreta el contenido y las expresiones de seminarios del Comité de Derechos Humanos Fray Pedro Lorenzo de la Nada A.C. de las cañadas de Ocosingo, Chiapas, sobre su estructura y sus métodos de operación, en el contexto intercultural en que se mueve. Las sesiones del seminario se realizaron durante el año 2017 y febrero de 2018. Aquí se retoman los principales problemas planteados en materia de agroecología y derechos humanos.
El Fray Pedro está integrado en su mayoría por tzeltales, y también por tzotziles y tojolabales. La mayoría de las sesiones se llevó a cabo en lengua tzeltal. Sólo dos de sus miembros no somos indígenas. En esos seminarios se ha tratado de responder, entre otras preguntas, ¿Por qué los trabajos del Comité en materia de agroecología son centrales en su promoción de los Derechos Humanos? La aplicación de los Derechos Humanos se contempla aquí como intercultural, donde hay que contemplar las leyes mexicanas y los acuerdos internacionales ratificados por México, como los ámbitos socio-culturales en los que se aplican. El artículo también reproduce la idea de aquellos problemas que han sido, según el Fray Pedro, los mayores obstáculos para la realización de los más elementales derechos económicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales.
This article in a synthesis and an interpretation of the contents and expressions in the seminars of the Committee of Human Rights Fray Pedro Lorenzo de la Nada, A.C., from the Ocosingo jungle’s, in Chiapas, México, during 2017, and February 2018. It was about its structure and methods of operation, in the intercultural context on which The Committee works. The article takes the main problems presented in the subject of agro-ecology and Human Rights.
The majority of the Committee is integrated for Tseltal people, but there are also Tsotsiles, and Tojolabales. The majority of the sessions were in tseltal language. Only the author of this article and another person are not tseltal people.
In those seminars we try to answer, one question, among others: Why is it so important the subject or agro-ecology in the Committee promotion of Human Rights? The application of the Human Rights is contemplated here as intercultural, where is very important to see Mexican laws, and international laws accepted for Mexico, as well as the sociocultural contexts on which there are applied.
The article reproduces also important considerations about those problems that, according of The Committee, have being the mayor obstacles to accomplish the more elementary rights in the subject of economic, social, cultural and ecological maters.
