No presente traballo examínanse as reivindicacións dos dereitos das mulleres e a reivindicación histórica dos dereitos humanos. Analízase dunha parte, como se foron construíndo as distintas xeracións de dereitos; e doutra, a evolución das reclamacións das mulleres na procura da igualdade. Esta análise sírvenos para tomar conciencia de como o imaxinario dos dereitos deu as costas ás reivindicacións feministas e das mulleres –foron marxinadas-, e como as mulleres tiveron que reformular a regla de xogo dos Dereitos para alcanzar ou tratar de alcanzar a igualdade entre homes e mulleres.
Neste contexto, plantéxanse os diferentes debates ao redor da idea e do termo igualdade, como concepto pluridimensional, e como mecanismo para a consecución da efectiva equiparación entre homes e mulleres.
This paper examines the claims of the rights of women and the historical claim of human rights. It analyzes, on the one hand, how the different generations of rights were constructed; and on the other, the evolution of the struggle of women in the pursuit of equality. This analysis serves to make us aware of how the imaginary of the rights turned its back on feminist and women's demands -they were marginalized- and how women had to reformulate the rule of the game of rights to reach or try to achieve equality between men and women.
In this context, the different debates about the idea and the term equality, as a multidimensional concept, and as a mechanism for the effective achievement of equality between men and women, are considered.
