A new special library in Milan is constituted by the collections donated by the famous Italian film critic Morando Morandini and by other collections about cinema coming from special archives. The article describes the features of this library and its collections. The article is also opportunity for describing the rich collections of publications about cinema of two important libraries in Milan: Biblioteca nazionale Braidense and Biblioteca comunale centrale Sormani.
