El factor ambiental en la fundición se desarrolla como un proceso de mejoramiento continuo, debe ser monitoreado y evaluado periódicamente para determinar la efectividad técnica, ambiental y económica de las medidas propuestas, así como la posibilidad de establecer nuevas acciones. Se describe el proceso en las actividades generadoras de residuos al emplear productos químicos e identificar la práctica inadecuada de manejo en la generación de residuos peligrosos, tarea principal para el generador, que con visión ambientalista disminuirá el consumo de sustancias agresivas al medio, al realizar la sustitución de estas por productos ecológicos, se listaron los materiales e insumos que al reaccionar generan residuos peligrosos.
Como resultado se muestra los principales problemas que generan la inadecuada práctica de manejo y residuos peligrosos.
This article investigates and develops the environmental factor in the foundry industry as a continuous improvement process, which must be monitored and evaluated periodically to determine the technical, environmental and economic effectiveness of the proposed measures and the possibility of new shares as a result of the identification of new problems and hazardous wastes. The process or activity is briefly described , emphasizing waste generating activities or where chemicals are used , identifying violations or inappropriate management practices and simultaneously in the generation of hazardous waste, which is a key task for the generator , which environmental vision decrease the consumption of those who are aggressive to the environment , making the substitution of substances by organic products and on this basis is also listed raw materials and inputs that generate hazardous waste to react . Preventive and corrective action plan should include the design, according to the evaluated practices that exist, which should be removed and the proposals are generally abstract . In the tables the proposed methodology to the process or activity products evaluated are presented. The identification, selection and implementation of alternative solutions are in correspondence with the type, quantity, hazards and hazardous properties of chemicals and hazardous waste involved. As a result the main problems that generate inadequate management practices and types of hazardous waste sample.
