Este artículo expone cuáles son, para Derrida, las reglas básicas que debería respetar cualquier discusión teórica dentro de la institución universitaria. Para ello realizamos un rápido repaso de las diferentes controversias en las que este pensador se ha visto envuelto a lo largo de su quehacer filosófico para analizar más detenidamente sus respectivas polémicas con Habermas y sobre todo con Searle. Al hilo de estos análisis, reflexionamos también sobre cómo entiende Derrida la responsabilidad y sobre el papel que, según él, habrían de desempeñar unas “nuevas Humanidades” del mañana
This paper explains what are, for Derrida, the basic rules that any theoretical discussion within the university institution should respect. For this we make a quick review of the different controversies in which this thinker has been involved throughout his philosophical work and then we analyze more closely his respective controversies with Habermas and especially with Searle. In the course of these analyzes, we also reflect on how Derrida understands responsibility and on the role that, according to him, “new Humanities” of tomorrow will have to play.
