  • The exhibitions of books, photos and documents promoted or organized on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Florence Flood (4th of November 1966) by the archives and libraries are described. The analysis shows the cultural vivacity of the sector but also that it has overlooked the danger of opportunism, providing specific contributions to historical research and strengthening the tradition of studies on Arno Flood.
