Con dieciséis meses de retraso ha visto la luz la Ley 1/2017, de 18 de abril. Esta ley transpone con bastante fidelidad la Directiva 2014/60/UE.
Por tal razón comparte sus principales ventajas (ampliación de su ámbito material, máxima inversión de la carga de la prueba, etc.), pero también sus principales inconvenientes (especialmente, en el sector del Derecho aplicable)
It has been now sixteen months since the Law 1/2017, April 18th., should have been enacted. At last, we have an accurate transposition of the Directive 2014/60/EU and all the benefits it entails (scope enlargement, total reversion of the burden of proof, e t c . ) , but with its main shortcomings, too (especially, in the conflict of laws sector).
