  • This Occasional Paper gathers the Interim Progress Report on the implementation of Council Directive 2011/85/EU (COM(2012)761) and its accompanying Staff Working Document (SWD(2012)433)). The Interim Progress Report documents, on the basis of contributions from Member States, the main steps taken by national authorities to transpose in their legal order the Directive provisions. The cut-off date for the submission of information by Member States to the Commission was 14 September 2012. Pursuant to the Directive, the transposition period shall expire at the end of 2013.
