The article focuses on the interconnectedness (in terms of compatibility) between pluralist (political) choices and the veritative categories of law. The analysis addresses the range of guidelines that assign to (legal) hermeneutics the responsibility to direct positive law towards the (legal) model of fact.
Nel saggio si affronta il problema del rapporto (di compatibilità) tra scelte (politiche) pluraliste e ctegorie veritative del diritto. La (breve) discussione è condotta secondo la direttrice (più ampia) tendente ad asssegnare all'ermeneutica (giuridica) il compito di ricondurre la legge al modello normativo del fatto.
