  • EBLIDA (European Bureau of Library, Information and Documentation Association) promotes unhindered access to information in the digital age and the role of archives and libraries in achieving this goal. The article illustrates how European Union is discussing about copyright law disciplines, with a focus on e-books and e-lending perspectives in the European context.
