La movilidad geografica se ha convertido en una herramienta esencial para la competitividad de las empresas y la reforma laboral de 2012 no ha sido ajena a ello, introduciendo importantes novedades respecto a la causalidad, al procedimiento de negociacion y consulta en el caso de los traslados colectivos, e incluso nuevos supuestos. Junto a ello, el traslado de residencia tiene un importante impacto en la vida del trabajador, y a 10 anterior se afiaden problemas no resueltos, tales como el alcance del propio concepto de cambio de residencia. el regimen especial de centros m6viles 0 itinerantes y otros supuestos excluidos del articulo 40 ET. Todo ello me ha conducido a elaborar este trabajo en el que se pasa revista alas cuestiones mas problematicas relacionadas con esta materia.
