El artículo recoge las principales concusiones del estudio de las ONGD pertenecientes a la Coordinadora de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales para el Desarrollo de Castilla y León (CONGDCYL), dirigiendo especialmente la atención al proceso de creación y desarrollo vivido por las mismas en lo que se refiere a su identidad, misión, valores, objetivos, modalidades de acción, espacios de reconocimiento y de apoyo social y al valor añadido que aportan a la sociedad. Se han considerado las ONGD pertenecientes a la CONGDCYL como una unidad en sí mismas y también desde su integración en la Coordinadora de ONGD de España, la participación en otras redes, y dentro de contextos más globales entre ellos el Tercer Sector, con relación más específica al Tercer Sector de Acción Social (TSAS) y la relación con los Movimientos Sociales.
The article presents the main conclusions of the study of the NGOs belonging to the Coordinator of Non-Governmental Organizations for Development of Castilla y León (CONGDCYL), especially directing attention to the process of creation and development experienced by them in regard to its identity, mission, values, objectives, modes of action, areas of recognition and social support and the added value they bring to society. NGOs have been considered as belonging to a unit CONGDCYL themselves and also from their integration into the NGO Coordinator of Spain, participation in other systems, and in more global contexts including the third sector, with more specific relationship the Third Sector Social Action (TSAS) and the relationship with Social Movements.
