En el presente trabajo se estudia una breve ley de Anastasio I sobre los funerales gratuitos practicados por la Gran Iglesia de Constantinopla: CI 1, 2, 18; el propósito es determinar la ratio legis (de sana administración y político-constitucional) y, junto a ello, la fecha del documento (quizá el 515).
This paper studies a very short-law of Anastasius I on the funerals made free of charge by major church of Constantinople: CI 1, 2, 18; the purpose is to determine the ratio legis (of sound administration and political-constitutional) and, together, the date of the document (perhaps the 515).
